Hexham Canoe Club supports the Paddlepower Programme, the Canoe England scheme to help develop young people in paddlesport.

We also support young paddlers who want to train to become young leaders through the Canoe England Cadet Leadership programme.

Many of our young paddlers have enjoyed taking part in the Wavehopper Challenge - a series of junior events that provides training and competition in Wildwater Racing. Click here for information about local Wavehopper Challenge events happening over the next few months.
