On these pages we would like to tell visitors about our Club and its achievements, and keep our members up to date with our programme of activities, including the latest information about Club trips and coaching. We have a page for members' Classified Advertisements and there is an interactive Notice Board for members to post news and comments as well as notices about private trips. We also have a page of links to the current and past editions of the Club Bulletin, which is produced once a month to inform members of Club news. The Youth Section page is aimed at young people, their parents and carers and it describes some of the programmes and events for young paddlers that Hexham Canoe Club supports. Finally, the Boat House page has been provided to keep people informed of the exciting developments that are happening at our base in Tyne Green in Hexham. Are you interested in taking up canoeing? Hexham Canoe Club welcomes beginners! Go to the coaching page for information on how we help introduce beginners of all ages to the fun that can be had from paddlesport. We can also provide training and activities for other groups, such as youth clubs, uniformed organisations, schools and colleges; visit our Activities page for more information about these.
We are located at Tyne Green Country Park, Hexham, Northumberland in the beautiful north east of England. Our main Club session is on Saturday afternoon; we meet at 1-00 and finish at 3-30.
